Not just international. Formed by the world.
Since 1969, Andreas J. Gorisek has lived in a different country every four to five years. Not as an expatriate. Not as a traveller. As a resident — learning languages, navigating cultures, building life from scratch in each new place. That is not a career credential. It is a way of being.

A life in motion
Born into a European family with an instinct for movement, Andreas grew up understanding — long before the word became fashionable — that identity is plural, that context shapes everything, and that the most interesting perspectives sit at the intersection of cultures rather than at the centre of any one.
That lifelong formation is what distinguishes his work. When he analyses a market, he does not apply a framework. He reads it — as someone who has spent decades learning to read places, people and systems from the inside.
Three values. One worldview.
Humanitas - Humanity
People first, always. In commercial strategy, in technology adoption, in every partnership. The measure of any decision is its impact on the people it touches. This is not sentiment — it is rigour applied to the right question.
Practical creative intelligence. The ability to find the non-obvious angle, to translate complex technology into commercial reality, to build where others see only obstacles. Ingenium is not cleverness for its own sake — it is cleverness in service of outcomes that matter.
Ingenium - Ingenuity
Universitas - Wholeness & Universality
For Andreas, this value carries three dimensions: a European identity, a genuinely global outlook, and — most fundamentally — the conviction that everything is interconnected. People, markets, technology and ecology are not separate domains. They are one system, in delicate balance, as one observes in nature. No decision is truly isolated. This shapes every analysis, every partnership, every recommendation.
25 Years of Building - Commercially and personally
Over a career spanning industrial technology, energy infrastructure, mobility systems and AI strategy, Andreas has led commercial growth across European and global markets. He builds the kind of relationships that last — patient, structured, grounded in genuine understanding of what the other side needs.
Selected milestones:
€15M+ in realised revenue through structured energy-infrastructure pipeline development at AST International (2022–2023)
OEM partnership expansion in e-mobility and hydrogen sensing across global markets
C-level strategic advisory in Asia (Tom Oliver Group, 2018) — contributing to a 60% net profit increase within six months
Certified AI Manager (AZAV, 2025) — one of the first generation of formally qualified AI managers in Europe
Board member, World Peace Foundation (2007–present)
The Platform
Founded in 2009, AJG Strategy & Navigation is Andreas's primary professional platform — combining strategic commercial advisory with AI strategy, training and coaching for SMEs and leadership teams.
It is not a consultancy in the conventional sense. It is the working expression of a philosophy: that the best commercial outcomes come from understanding systems whole, from building trust over time, and from never losing sight of the people at the centre of every transaction.
